Yes, The Standard is a women-only community. We’ve intentionally created a space where women can feel supported, motivated, and connected with others on the same journey. While we appreciate everyone’s interest, this program is designed specifically to address the unique challenges, goals, and experiences of women in fitness, personal growth, and community-building.

We keep equipment minimal, and offer bodyweight variations if you’d rather not purchase extra gear. If you do have a gym membership, you can take full advantage of that, too.
